What an Amazing time we had at The Forest Recreation Ground with our first ‘FA Team Matches’. We had 2 Teams from Spectrum WASP taking part in their first monthly Football Match against several ‘Teams’ within the Community of Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas. Our Parent Volunteer Coaches Adam/Garry have worked so hard with our Children/Young People to make this happen for us. We now have on a Tuesday Evenings over 24 Children on our Register who regularly come along to enjoy Football, which is just Fantastic! Thanks also go to our New Parent Volunteers Mike/Richard who have come on board along with our Young Mentors Tom/Owen who have been supporting Adam/Garry to make this happen. Our numbers of Children/Young People/Siblings ever increasing, and we are having great Fun with Football.
We would also like to say again a ‘BIG THANK YOU’ to Dave Parkin at Parkin Contractors Ltd, Sutton-In-Ashfield and Barry Jordan from Jordan Road Surfacing, Newark for giving such wonderful Support to our Football Team with their Generous Donations for our NEW TRAINING KITS for every Child/Young person attending
