Spectrum WASP are incredibly proud to celebrate the amazing achievement of one of our long-standing young mentors, Tom, who has been part of Spectrum WASP for 14 years. After completing a supported internship through DFN Project Search at Vision West Nottinghamshire College, and working as a porter at King’s Mill Hospital, Tom has now secured a part-time paid role with the NHS. His hard work, dedication, and growing confidence have been inspiring to see, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything he has achieved.
